PSMP offered in June/July 2017

The PSMP – the Patient Self-Management Programme – will be offered again in the summer of 2017 for six weeks, starting on 22 June 2017. Each session will be Thursday, 5 pm to 7:30 pm. If you are interested in participating, contact us or come to one of our socials.
