Positive Self Management Programme

The Positive Self-Management Programme, or PSMP, offers participants insight into how HIV affects their lives, giving them a range of tools and strategies to help them manage their condition and get the most out of life.

Contact us for details on upcoming PSMP events.

What is the PSMP?

  • six sessions of 2-1/2 hours
  • spread out over six weeks

The programme was originally created at Stanford University, and later redeveloped for those living with or affected by HIV. Feedback for our courses has been excellent, with participants reporting real changes in their lives.

Our first PSMP programme was delivered in October 2014, and it has become an active and successful part of the PPT. We continue to train new facilitators, and will continue to offer courses in the Northeast.
